Incredibly unprofessional and an extreme lack of ethics! Setup a showing with Kurt and after driving 7 hours I was told I needed to sign a buyers agreement with PBR in order to see the property. I wouldn't because I already have a signed agreement with an agent in state so they wouldn't let me see the property. Don't even think of letting them sell your house or you'll never know how many buyers you're truly missing out on!
