I attempted to resolve the issue of their realtor Carla Hicks showing up unannounced to my home I was selling on FOUR separate occasions and have received zero response or attempt to reconcile the unprofessional behavior on behalf of their realtor. We will never use this realty company again, we experienced completely unprofessional and unethical behavior by this agent.
Avoid at all costs! They clearly hate dealing with Veterans and VA loans despite the owners parents being active with the VA Hospital. I unfortunately worked with Zach Feller who was unprofessional in appearance and character and lacks the skills to negotiate tuff deals and was very disorganized and distracted with his personal affairs. Zach suggested I use Jefferies Home Inspection but the inspector overlooked several critical items on purpose one of which almost cost me my life. Carla Donnell did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our first home! She was very well informed on all the properties she showed us.
