EDIT: Due to work i now have been coming here between 11pm-2am. The door states the lobby is open till 1-2am, the building is consistently locked after 11pm from my experience across numerous trips. Knocks on the door go ignored as the workers only care about online orders. Have to walk to the drive thru for a chance of ordering. Used the drive thru tonight at ~12am, tried to order a sandwich, i was told that there were no more sandwiches until tomorrow. Love this place, always clean, very friendly staff, always improving over the years. Had a mix up with my order, they happily helped me and took care of me with a smile on their faces. Its the staff that makes this location stand out, both managers and employees have always been great! Then of course, its Popeyes, the foods great and this place does a great job preparing and serving it. I've consistently went to this location for many years now and will continue to do so
Awful service, everytime I use the app it takes way longer than just walking in and ordering. Staff has a clear attitude problem. I'll just drive to bay plaza from now on instead of this place. Edit: 4 years later and nothings chaged.
The staff was extremely rude. And they packed wrong items.
