This supposed to be fast food drive through took half and hour just to get to the window and they still took forever to give me my food this is ridiculous
The food is very good, everything is fresh even if you have to wait, but that makes it better because you know your food is fresh. The employees are friendly, the place is pleasant to talk to, and it's very clean!
We stopped eating here because of how consistently horrible the food was. Well the other day I was craving Popeyes. It’s been over a year since I’ve been back to this location so I thought I’d give it another try. This is now my second time back since around lunchtime. The food is tasty and juicy. It hasn’t been sitting out forever. The fries are fresh. This is what I expect when I order Popeyes. This will keep me coming back. They have really turned it around. Finally.
Very disappointed with my visit to Popeyes. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with NO pickles, and both sandwiches still came with pickles. It's frustrating when such a simple request is ignored, especially since it was clearly printed on the receipt. On top of that, the wait was much longer than expected for only two sandwiches. Waiting that long just to receive an incorrect order is unacceptable. I expect better attention to detail and faster service. I hope management works on improving order accuracy and wait times.
