First, the lady that answered the speaker at the drive thru was yelling at everyone in the place while I was trying to order. Service is slow enough you would think they were triple checking the order is correct but you would be wrong. The fish tastes like garbage. If you manage to get the chicken you ordered it's good when it's fresh.
This location has really turned around, I stopped going for a short time period because of the lack of staff. It was not a good experience then but nowadays it's banging and the drive-thru line moves a lot faster. They staff is also friendly and there working.
I’m a door dasher, a black man. I went in to pick up an order, two other dasher were there picking up as well, I watched the manager hand both dashers the food without asking any questions, when it came time to give me my order she wouldn’t hand it to me unless I confirmed the order. Very rude and judgmental slow service, I would not recommend eating here, I felt very disrespected.
They are extremely rude. They don’t even call back your order to make sure they have it correct. I had to go inside to tell them they messed up my order and they got an attitude and started talking about me in FRONT of me as I waited for them to make my order right. I will not be returning to this location as this has been a multi occurrence!
