My son and I walked into Popeyes and stood at the counter for about three minutes without being greeted, even after making eye contact with two employees. We were planning to order dinner for three, but instead we left and went to Raising Cane’s. A simple acknowledgment would have kept our business. I hope you’ll encourage your team to improve their customer service.

I went to this location around 930p maybe, noone took my order in the drive thru. Then after a while I drove up to the window to see if they were still opened and I seen a worker (woman) through the window eating but she didn't acknowledge me. She just kept eating, so I drove off. It says this location doesn't close until 12am. This must be a franchise location cause they don't care much about hiring good workers. This location as been going downhill lately.

Went to grab lunch for our team, and the customer service was exceptional! Placing a large order was a breeze. The staff was incredibly patient and precise. The manager, Brie, even came out to let me know the remaining time to wait for fresh chicken as a courtesy. She was incredibly friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. We absolutely love that chicken from Popeyes. Go try the $6 Big Box!
