The worse ever!!!!!...
First time using the Popeyes app and first order in a very long time. Will be my last. I ordered 4 pieces of chicken and on the app, I customized it to be 2 legs and 2 wings. I went to the drive-thru to pick up my order and upon checking it, realized that they had given me 4 pieces “mixed” chicken so I took it back inside and explained that I had customized it on the app. Saleswoman was rather rude and informed me that’s not what her screen or the receipt showed and I didn’t have my phone to show her MY receipt showed the cu... read more
It's one of my favorite chicken restaurants. But the one closest to our house, you never know if the chicken is going to be good and juicy or dry. The staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean.
I genuinely love Popeyes however i often get my food with hair. I am not sure if they wear hairnets if the workers dont please make it more pushed on. And try to have the workers clean the lobby
