Promotions shouldn’t mean lower quality or less effort. I purchased five of the $2.99 “special deal” chicken packs, and out of ten pieces of chicken, nine were legs with only one small piece of breast. This felt misleading — more like a way to clear excess cuts rather than offering genuine value. This is not the kind of experience that earns repeat customers. There's hardly anyone there. One person running the business thru the drive thru, or noone there at all and closed!
She just gets people one at a time one can wait 15 to 20 minutes before they even get their order in and then wait another 10 to 15 minutes to get there order finalized
Absolutely terrible experience at this Popeyes. I ordered a #3 (3-piece chicken tender meal) and a classic chicken sandwich. When I got home, the sandwich was missing. I tried calling them to let them know, but the phone was busy for over 30 minutes — I’m convinced they leave it off the hook so customers can’t call to complain.
