Somehow, the chicken restaurant doesn’t have chicken. What a joke of a restaurant.
I asked for my food to be made fresh, but when I got to the window and checked my order, it was wrong and the food was cold. When I mentioned it to the team member, instead of offering to fix it, she gave me attitude and said they were out of the sides I ordered. No one told me that before I paid, and the way she handled the situation was rude and unprofessional. I was really disappointed with the service and the quality of the food.
This place needs shut down. Horrible customer service. Waited for over 30 minutes in the drive through just to be told they are out of everything and our mobile order was not complete. Just shut this one down. This one is run by horrible people.
