I ordered chicken and it was better than I was expecting it to be. Nice and juicy inside and hot and crunchy outside. It was freshly cooked and prepared. It didn't take long at all to wait for it to be ready. Maybe not even eight minutes. I was satisfied with the overall experience. Thanks.
I came here today on 8/5 @ 11:44am and the service was wonderful everyone was so helpful and working together so well knocking the orders out I love the teamwork keep up the great work
They need to be shut down immediately. The bigger the Popeyes the dirtier it is. First off it smells like somebody pooped on themselves when you walk up to get your food. Red flag. I ignored. The chicken and wrap were raw and hair in the mashed potatoes. They need 0 stars.
They made me wait 30 minutes before telling me they did not have the food to make my order and had no food left
I will not ever come back to this Popeyes!! Expect long waiting time... and rude customer service. I Always get the wrong food or no food at all. the employee at the drive thru given me 12 piece of regular chicken instead of chicken tenders I order.,in which I told him that I didn't like.. he then was boastful to tell me I had enough for my kids ! !! why would he assume I had kids was rude.
