This Popeyes location has been a disappointment lately. I went a few times over the past several months and they didn’t have what I ordered. I ordered spicy chicken dark, the lady says… “we don’t have any.” I said “what?” She said “it’ll be a 10-15 minute wait.” So, I left and went to the Popeyes on VA Beach Blvd in Janaf. I was told the same thing. I left there and went to location on Indian River. They told me “oh we just dropped some spicy.” And so, I waited about 10 mins and go back through the drive thru. I ordered delivery, this restaurant don't give a damn. My chicken was burnt, everything was bad. I can't keep throwing away money to these establishments. The food is horrible, just go food shopping and cook your own chicken.
Great service. Had a mix up with another Popeyes and they fixed it right off the bat. Anthony was super sweet and nice and the cashier, pretty girl with dark red hair was super fast and sweet also. Great Popeyes
Bad customer service. Just had nothing to explain you come you known. But don’t come. Even ordering delivery the food is bad too
