I put my orders in roughly 15 minutes every time I eat here, but the past few weeks, I go in and the employees look at me like they've never seen my order before, then tell me it'll be ten minutes. Are they not even watching the orders come in? And now they're getting simple orders wrong, and my food was cold. Someone needs to check on the staff of this store. It used to be good.
When this popeyes first opened I wasn’t pleased at all. But I have to say as of recent the food has been on point & the ladies at the drive through are always so kind & helpful!
I have always liked Popeyes chicken. I never have any issues when we visit this location. We always go inside to order, and I would like to say how courteous everyone is there. I barely like to get fast food anymore, but always look forward to the employees. A+. Thank you!
Ordered an online pickup for 845 pickup. Get there at 845. They tell me they will have to drop chicken if I want my order or they can replace it with something else. They said I can wait 15 minutes for fresh chicken if I want to. I said why wasnt my order dropped when you got the order? She said we just got it 12 minutes ago?!?!?! Uhm. Please tell me if they would've dropped the right order 12 minutes, I would've only had to wait 3 minutes, which would totally be acceptable.
