Ordered food inside to dine in. Cashier said it would take 8 minutes so we said that was fine. 35 mins later and still didn’t have food so we got a refund. The employees were laughing eating cookies and not doing orders the whole time. I suggest pick somewhere else to eat.
I have never experienced what I did yesterday in Troy, Alabama. When I tell you every fast food place We stop at it was something that was not working. This place you couldn't even drive into there parking lot. I have no idea of what was going on, but no one inside would even come out to let you know what was going on. I will never try to visit this place again no matter how many times I'm in Troy. Awful
