This use to the best Popeyes now they just like Finely Blvd. They don't answer drive thru and when they finally do answer they tell you to come on the inside. it's a new thing the employee are pulling because they don't want to work... This is going on at all locations in Birmingham. If a person comes to the drive thru it means they didn't want to come inside... The owner needs to see about this situation
Food was cold. Waited 30 minutes for a shrimp box...
