Great customer service & best chicken spot in the DMV
The restaurant was filthy. Kitchen was nasty.
The manager (he small Hispanic lady with the glasses) picks and chooses who gets fresh chicken. I recommend confrontating the situation, if she fixes your order, because as a regular customer, it IS deliberate. I should've taken pictures to add to this review. Simply unprofessional. I'll drive to a different location, since, clearly, I am not welcomed. I edited my review then I see a response from ownership. Thank you. ...but I wanted to clarify. It was the manager, not the entire staff.
