I don't recommend this place for you always give order wrong also never gives you your cup for drinks manger never tells them anything food always cold and sometimes missing items they need new management and new staff if you don't want to work don't go
Do not go here because they will mess up your order amd not make it right. i paid for my son a spicy flounder combo and a side of mashed potatoes and fries. I got to the hospital and it was a 3 piece with beans amd rice and the manager refuses to fix it because I don't have the receipt which wasn't given to me. I paid double price for what I got.This is completely unacceptable and reported to corporate.
RecommendedThe only problem I had was my fries was cold everything else was good and fresh .
The food is okay for fast food but the one on forest by the dart station is terrible! Their slow and never get your order right
Nasty as hell. The manager with the janky wing back here eating on the line smacking spitting over all the food. Nobody using gloves! Beware! Fire management
Ordered a box of Chicken and said “Please put white meat separate from dark meat” Also ordered 5 legs and 3 breasts Received the wrong thing. Most of the time it’s the people doing the food that get it wrong. I say this because I told the lady who did my order. I get up there and the order is wrong it’s not the lady that took my order which doesn’t matter, but the young Hispanic lady with the attitude I say can you please give me the correct chicken? way o er cooked chicken don't listen wen taking orders
Store #4531 provided the worse drive thru service today! The young lady rushed me handing me 2 large cups of red soda that wasted all on my arms (she forgot the straws)....and she got my order wrong! I tried calling the store but the phone just ranged then went to a fast busy signal and I was too upset to go back in there. So I ended up filing a complaint online about how their employees need to provide better customer service and not rush their customers...at least get my order right!
