Contacted Popejoy close to a month ago after our roofer found that the pipe coming from our furnace had rusted out. They sent a guy out he took a couple pictures and said he'd get back to me in a day or so. Here it is over a month later and I've still not heard a word. Will be going anywhere else from now on. Update 9/2/2025 Just received a bill for $99 for a tech to come out and take a picture and never hear anything back from said technician.
