Picked up my car from Pope Auto today. This was my fourth time going to them but my first with a major repair. Both of my rear struts pretty much blew out and I needed both replaced because it was an extremely bumpy and hard ride. Not only did they fix the problem in a timely manner, they we're extremely nice and accommodating and I finally found a legitimate and honest mechanic. An outstanding repair at a fair price. I just want to thank the whole Pope crew. Even in -24 degree weather my car starts and runs great. They do a great job!! I feel safe knowing that the things we can control on my long daily commute are well taken care of.
Had been dealing with some higher quotes and late timed work by other places, came to Pope off of a referral or two and they got done what I needed by the day needed, and called about any other findings. Couple days passed and I’m still having issues
