Zero stars if I could. RV was advertised with an awning and tow defender that didn't exist. RV was advertised with 62,000 miles and after flying 1,100 miles to get it I find it has 96,000 miles. RV was supposed to be ready to go and it was missing a part for the unit water. RV broke down 40 miles into the trip. $1,750 tow bill. Here we sit waiting for a repair 1,100 miles from home. Here is the straight story. I made a decision to sell my Boat 2 years ago. I entered into a contract with POP and was assigned an agent by the name of Gena Craft,(she was great).We had the boat sold but the new prepositive buyer wanted me to completely remodel the galley basically, they offered to pay for it but when I sell something I like to move to forward, not backwards. While it took a while we really appreciate the way they handled our sale. What was really good, was that we only had to deal with those that were truly interested in the RV. Throughout the entire process, we felt that POP had our best interests in mind. We've recommended them to all of our friends.
