Two problems but they sold the boat so can't complain to much First they tell your boat is worth way more then it really is to get you to sign up. The bigger problem is I had two people bidding on the boat and they knew what the other bid was I know they're not suppose to tell the buyer the other bid but in my case they did do You will never get top dollar when this happens. We have sold two RV's through POP RV and we wouldn't sell any other way. There's no cost to the seller and completely safe for the buyer. POP serves as the "middleman" for both sides. When we listed our RV for sale last month (August 2021) the inquiries started pouring in and we were able to sell our RV for the full price we wanted. A Pop Yachts representative told my wife that it was not their company policy to inform the party who made the FIRST offer on a boat that a second offer on the same boat had been received. This "policy", if true, denied us the opportunity to raise our offer (which we tried to do). How does this benefit the seller (they get less money for their boat), the buyer (we lost the boat) or Pop Yachts (lower commission)? You never get a second chance to make a first impression......

This was a great experience. I had never purchased a vehicle completely online and PopRV was very experienced and detailed on the process and walked me through everything step by step. Christine ******** was very diligent in her follow up and went out of her way to answer all my questions in a timely manner. The methods to get in contact with them are very simple via email or text and phone if needed. I will definitely recommend PopRV for anyone looking to purchase an RV.
