They came out promptly to treat my home. The tech was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done and I felt that treatment was effective. We have a warranty if any of those nasty things come back.
Poor workmanship – I engaged their services in 2005 to treat an infestation in a garage wall and then treat the rest of the house. The treatment on the front face of the house was not properly done and repeat trips by them over the years to treat outbreaks occurred. I literally begged them and offered to pay to have the front wall of the ouse re treated but they insisted on only treating where the termites came through the drywall.
