I’ve used Poolwerx for a couple of years for pool cleaning and general repairs and had mostly good experiences—until recently. I hired them for tile and grout work around my pool, and it’s been nothing but frustrating. The job was outsourced (as many plaster/tile jobs are), and the grout failed quickly. After running between 3 cities and 3 Leslie’s I ended up here and we problem solved a situation. They were great!
Courteous, knowledgeable sales personnel. Good job by the crew who did the “facelift” work. A special thanks to Raul. There was a bit of an issue getting the fresh water correctly balanced, but Raul worked diligently To resolve that issue. The pool looks great!.

The technician recognized the problem when he arrived. He reversed winterization, put chemicals in, turned pool in, checked all lines, checked for any air in lines. He did a very good job. Will call them again
