Mr Campbell provided a comprehensive pool inspection before a home purchase. I appreciate his thoroughness and honesty to give me feedback in advance of buying the property. He was quick to respond and provided detailed explanations.
The customer service and after service care is the absolute best. I will no longer deal with nor recommend any pool company other than Campbell's and Son's Pools. They have our gratitude for great work and great service since the initial repairs and continued check ups until the pool was crystal clear.
It took over 4 months to get our spa cover. Installation appointment when it finally arrived was a no call no show. And they sent the wrong color. This used to be Campbell's pool and spa. Should have known better than to do business with them. 2/5/25: Finally after over 10 months we get the proper spa cover. I just heard that poolwerx has been sold to a new owner. Hopefully service will improve.
First pool and first pool company. They are certainly living up to the poor reputation of pool companies out there. Lack of answering the phone, text messages, and repair time. We’ve waited for over 5 months for parts with little to no communication as our pool continues to have issues. Hate to leave a negative review as I understand the process is generally not fair but our frustrating experience has led us here. Please improve your business practices.
We purchased a Hot Springs hot tub from Poolwerx in the spring of 2023. In September 2024 the control panel malfunctioned and after a technician came out to troubleshoot (which we had to pay a service fee for, despite the tub being under warranty) it was determined that replacement parts needed to be ordered. Those were ordered in early September and were told it would take about a month for them to arrive.
