We had a vision in mind when wanting to build our pool. Tony came out and suggested a different set up and we could not be happier. Great communication from staff from beginning to end. They were very efficient and hard working on the installation and quickly addressed any issues that arose. Highly recommend Campbell's for any pool construction. Thanks again for everything!
Mr Campbell provided a comprehensive pool inspection before a home purchase. I appreciate his thoroughness and honesty to give me feedback in advance of buying the property. He was quick to respond and provided detailed explanations.
The customer service and after service care is the absolute best. I will no longer deal with nor recommend any pool company other than Campbell's and Son's Pools. They have our gratitude for great work and great service since the initial repairs and continued check ups until the pool was crystal clear.
It took over 4 months to get our spa cover. Installation appointment when it finally arrived was a no call no show. And they sent the wrong color. This used to be Campbell's pool and spa. Should have known better than to do business with them. 2/5/25: Finally after over 10 months we get the proper spa cover. I just heard that poolwerx has been sold to a new owner. Hopefully service will improve.
