Last year we purchased a hot tub from Pooltown, and this year we ordered an in ground pool. Gary was awesome to work with on both purchases, especially the pool which required a lot of coordination with various contractors. The staff is always helpful in answering questions for a pool newbie like myself.
We purchased our oval doughboy pool a little over 2 years ago from the Southgate store. The pricing was good, the sales staff was great to deal with and have been helpful with simple questions and difficult. The installers took about 3 weeks for install, but they always kept great communication and did a great job with install and clean up. I can't enough about the team . Excellent work and if I need another pool you will be our first stop!

I hate to leave a negative review for anything but I am now going 3 months into my pool installation and still have no concrete. My inground pool is open to the neighborhood which is a huge liability with small kids and I can't install a fence until they finish the cement work. No schedule whatsoever during this pool project. We have had to complain to pool town to get our builder to even call back and show up. A $37,000 project should not take this long! Do NOT sign a contract without some sort of promised finish date. One of the very few places that won't try to rip you off by selling pool maintenance chemicals that are not necessary. Last year I was a first time pool owner and didn't know a lick of what it took to take care of a pool. I went somewhere else and was told I needed this, that, and the other. It didn't feel right, so I left and saw this place on my way home. They were honest and so very helpful, never once making me feel taken advantage of as a customer.
