I purchased it in March. “Your pool will be up in one afternoon. Because you bought a Dough Boy Pool, we will install your pool. Usually, purchasers have to get their own installers. Great customer service. Employees are honest and fair.
You have to chase to get a return call. I don’t think when you want to spend money but are trying to gather info. You shouldn’t have to be the one following up, I don’t make my customers do that! The person who tells you I will call you back an never does. This is what causes businesses to go out of business. The Westland mgr was great but they aren’t As close as say Redford
PoolTowns Customer service is amazing! They strive to meet every expectation of my needs from my online orders. Not only is everybody been very courteous and helping me they go above and beyond making sure that everything was filled! I noticed there’s been some bad ratings for their reviews, however, one employee should not reflect the company’s values.
