I went in to order a pool. The sales person I spoke with was very helpful and kind. My husband has a disability so when I inquired about ordering a staircase ladder and having it checked when it was professionally installed (through one of their recommended installers) to see if it would accommodate my husband; the salesperson said they do not allow returns but he would ask the manager. RecommendedLOVE LOVE LOVE our new hot tub! We bought our hot tub during quarantine and we had a great experience. Our salesman Gary Ballard was very knowledgeable and sold us exactly what we needed for our family of four. No pressure to buy something bigger or more expensive. It was a stress free experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They always so helpful, bought doughboy pool from them 30 years ago, have never had to replace liner. Just Filter and pump once. This year had a hard time getting my filter , they said bring it up, they took time out of very busy day and found I lost a part, had a replacement and up and running. Going to buy new pool for next year. Where am I going right back to mt guys at POOL TOWN for a new Doughboy. See you soon, thanks for all you do.
Mark and his team at the St. Clair Shores location are great! They took the time to answer all of our questions, even with it being busy. We enjoyed being able to view the different pools and accessories right in the store. Our salesman (Brendan) was personable, not high pressure! He did a great job explaining the different options/packages.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never shop at this local business again. The lack of communication is terrible, the owner is rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend them to anyone!
