They always so helpful, bought doughboy pool from them 30 years ago, have never had to replace liner. Just Filter and pump once. This year had a hard time getting my filter , they said bring it up, they took time out of very busy day and found I lost a part, had a replacement and up and running. Going to buy new pool for next year. Where am I going right back to mt guys at POOL TOWN for a new Doughboy. See you soon, thanks for all you do.
Mark and his team at the St. Clair Shores location are great! They took the time to answer all of our questions, even with it being busy. We enjoyed being able to view the different pools and accessories right in the store. Our salesman (Brendan) was personable, not high pressure! He did a great job explaining the different options/packages.

From a family member: We got a pool. The pool is lovely but my experience with PoolTown in Monroe, MI left a lot to be desired. Sure, selling me a pool was a breeze. I purchased it in March. “Your pool will be up in one afternoon. Because you bought a Dough Boy Pool, we will install your pool. Usually, purchasers have to get their own installers.
