Just coming back in to make sure I keep negative reviews current before people spend lots of money with this company. There’s a reason they have less than 4 stars in any review mechanism. Please don’t use this company.

I'm back 3 months writing another negative review - this time because they won't return phone calls or honor their warranty NOR did they ever attempt the customer service they committed to on my last review. We hare having major issues with the fact that the pool is draining into the yard and AFTER PAYING SOMEONE ELSE to come out and review the situation - it should be covered on our warranty. We called the office and they said it would be 2 weeks at least before anyone could get here .... another example of poor custo... read more

1 is too many I will say I risk they got their money they were great. After that I will say I’m disappointed I spent any money with them. For goodness sakes, the people at Leslies have been more helpful than Pooltex. I know they service pools near me but I guess my $80k wasn’t a big enough ticket for them. In fact, most times they’ve been outright non responsive or rude. Ashley is the only one that ever even attempted to help.
