In 2002 I had the pool installed. The pool is still sound. The pavers were not level at the very start. I just decided to try lawn grass to replace the ugly pavers. Sand kept washing into the pool., now the weeds stabilise the sand. Worst of all the pergola looked like form work in the air. I pulled it down years ago. The pool heater rubber system on roof was leaky junk so I pulled that down too. The chemi gem water treatment system was crap so I ripped it out. We used pools of distinction for our pool at Erina heights - first time doing a pool and was very nervous. Lucas and the team were all so lovely and supportive very happy with the pool months after completion. Will be using them again in the future. Highly recommend.

Pools of Distinction (POD) built our pool in 2019, two years later some of our waterline tiles fell off. The pool was out of warranty so I was prepared to pay POD to repair the pool. It took several months of continual follow up before Jack their tiler repaired the pool free of charge. In 2025 some of the same and additional tiles fell off, it took many months for Lucas from POD to come and inspect the pool and propose a fix (at my cost). Couldn't be happier with our pool and spa combo from Pools of Distinction. We had a few tradies warn us about pool companies adding variations etc but what we experienced couldn't have been further from the truth. Once they arrived on site they were friendly, professional and up front when unexpected things popped up. Big shout out for Lucas!
