Had this San Diego company for over a year and the pool was looking worse and worse. I started watching on my ring camera and realized that the pool cleaner would spend 7 min or less cleaning or wouldn't show up at all. When I confronted the company, Cody was extremely rude and dismissive. I canceled the service and was never refunded for anything even when I was promised by the Arizona headquarters. All the 5 star reviews are from employees of the company. How is this place still in business???

Had a problem with my pool pump. Spoke with the manager and the tech was at my place within 45 minutes. Identified the issue, resolved it quickly. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Very good customer service. Outstanding.
I really enjoyed my experience with Poolman! They are under new management currently and they are killing it! Their response rate is fast and answered all my questions kindly. The service itself I was very pleased with- I'll be continuing with Poolman from now on!! So happy!!
HORRIBLE company after been whit them for 18 years , the last 2 years turn in to a nightmare, they unprofessional, they made my pool turn green and black, they lay to old vulnerable people , so sad they don’t don’t know what a word of honor it is . They lost all their costumers
