DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have been charged for three months worth of cleaning but have only received one. We cannot get a hold of anyone to get our money back.
I stumbled upon Al Alia for an emergency pool situation as I do my own maintenance, and he was so responsive and helpful that I have continued to use him for every single pool issue because he immediately responds, is at my house quickly, and always fixes the problem. He truly tries to give the best customer service possible in each and every interaction. Just moved here from out of state. Called three pool companies for a pool inspection we needed for our new home we bought. Left messages with 2 but Blue Escapes answered the phone. I set up the appointment, they were on time and very professional yet personable. Bob let us know what we needed to do to remodel the pool with some options. Great experience. Need a pool inspection, these are the people you need to call!!
