This pool service is TOP NOTCH!! Customer service is always above and beyond. They always respond when I have a question. The repair department is great no matter what the issue is they get it taken care of. They always help make the warranty process go so smooth when I have an issue with my Pentair equipment. They don't pay subcontractors, the owner Al has anger problema, be aware of this company.
I've always found Doug to be reliable, honest, and easy to work with. Poolinco Leak Detection (his company) is reliable, shows up on time, and (most importantly) does what they say they'll do in the time they say they'll do it. Simple as that. He acts and thinks like an engineer, not a salesman.
