My husband and I got my wedding set sized and soldered. When we picked them up the rings were smooth and thinner rather thick and grooved as they were intended to be. When we brought this up they told us that the grooves were never there. They showed us a picture of the rings that were clearly shaved but try pass this off as a before picture taken when we dropped them off. She asked us what we would like her to do.
