Shawna and the team went above and behind for me today to repair a missing diamond on my ring prior to a trip. They had my ring in and out of the store within a couple of hours. They have my business for life! Every associate was beyond helpful and friendly and they have gorgeous, quality pieces. I am hoping to replace my lost tennis bracelet soon and I know where I'm going 😃

Poole’s Jewelers has the best customer service hands down! They take the time to help find the best piece for every special occasion, or for the “just because” with genuine interest. If Poole’s does not have what you’re looking for on hand, it is never a problem to help find it. Poole’s Jewelers will always be my first stop for my fine jewelry needs.
