Rented a house thur Debbie, She never gave a copy of the HOA requirements. I parked my boat in drive got a hoa violation. She also agreed to paint and never did , We ended up painting entire house. We moved out and she rented immediately and is keeping deposit , Basically getting paid twice. Even though I did break the lease , I would have never rented if I would have know Could not park boat in drive and that she was not going to honor her word and paint..
Debbie is very good at what she does, we are new to this and she made the process easy, and found us a tenant in less than a month. We highly recommend her to manage your property! Update, it’s been almost two years since, and we are very happy with the level of service we have received from Debbie, she promptly took care of any/all issues, the property is maintained and rent is on time!
