We had a wonderful experience at Poole’s, considering the circumstances. We worked with both Ron and Melissa throughout the process and they were diligent and caring. The time they spent with us in making decisions was greatly appreciated by our family.
The team at Harold Poole is top notch. Each person that helped us with my dad's service was caring and compassionate. A huge shout out for Melissa. She is just incredible. She helped with my mom's service as well 4yrs ago. She does.not forget one detail. Highly recommend this team.
