They did a good job with the building of the pool with some exceptions that were resolved but we signed up for their service and they do not have experience with pools on wells like ours. We ended up with a badly stained pool and the process they chose for resolving the staining and some other issues made it worse. Then they fired us from service saying they were no longer going to service pools on wells - too late for us. The owner has not returned our calls or letters.
