Whatever happened to customer loyalty? I used the pool service for the past few years only to discover that they were significantly overcharging me and some of the repairs were questionable. I gave them my debit card number for convenience paying my monthly invoice for pool cleaning but they would make significant repairs and would CHARGE MY CARD THE SAME DAY! I just moved to Missouri City about a month ago. I have always gone to Leslie's Pool Supply but didn't really like the service. I was recommended by a friend to visit Pool Pro and very happy I did! Everyone was super friendly and helped answer all my questions. I get my water tested there frequently now and feel very confident I am getting the best service and information regarding my pool and chemical needs. I recently moved to Missouri City and found Pool Pro through a coworker. I found their staff to be very helpful and their pricing was competitive. I also had my automatic cleaner repaired in their store and it works like new again. I would highly recommend Pool Pro for those looking for actual help...instead of a sales pitch!

I have been coming in every other week to get my water tested here for the last two years. They are very knowledgeable and go to great lengths to walk me through any issues I have with my pool or polaris. One of my neighbors had their pool redone last year, and it looks absolutely amazing! I am planning to get mine done soon as well! I definitely recommend Pool Pro with all of your pool needs.
Pool Pro remodeled my Pool last year, and it turned out way beyond my expectations. There service and Customer relations was over the top. The owners daughter....Dani was especially helpful with my Wife during the Tile selection. Keep up the good work ! Hopefully you will build my next Pool at my Ranch when we are ready.

Rude and Crude... I worked overseas for 8 years while these people took care of my pool. The last 4 years, they have double charged me for several months, stating that I had not paid for several months. I was stationed in a war zone and could not check or verify payment, so I authorized another payment. This year I was home and could verify my payment. I called and questioned the "representative", he slammed the phone down when I advised him I had proof from my bank, that I had paid the bills on time for the last four years.... read more
