Wow... great pool company. Very fair. Do their best to keep pricing at a minimum. Jared just left my house and he is not only very knowledgeable he listened to my concerns. Called his boss, John, and the 2 of them resolved my question. I was in the swimming pool maintance business... in my younger years wish I would have known about this company then. Can't say enough about Pool Pro! They are just great. A thank you shout out to Jared and John!
Pool Pro re plastered this pool mid 2014. Within one year, we had cracks in the plaster. Within 1 and a half years, we had a two foot hole in the plaster, exposing the gunite. Shortly thereafter, many more holes appeared in the plaster, with more cracks than we can count. Pictured is their patch work. Needless to say, I would recommend you steer clear of using this company!
Whatever happened to customer loyalty? I used the pool service for the past few years only to discover that they were significantly overcharging me and some of the repairs were questionable. I gave them my debit card number for convenience paying my monthly invoice for pool cleaning but they would make significant repairs and would CHARGE MY CARD THE SAME DAY! I just moved to Missouri City about a month ago. I have always gone to Leslie's Pool Supply but didn't really like the service. I was recommended by a friend to visit Pool Pro and very happy I did! Everyone was super friendly and helped answer all my questions. I get my water tested there frequently now and feel very confident I am getting the best service and information regarding my pool and chemical needs.
