Pool Pro is great! They work hard to solve your pool problems and take the time to discuss without having you purchase a bunch of expensive unneeded chemicals... I have been going to them for 3 years now and would highly recommend them.
I have been a customer of John's for over 16 years. I have used his company to tile and plaster my pool last year with great results. His maintenance folks like Phil have been their ever since I have started business with them and he does great work. Steven who works behind the counter is very knowledge about all their products and advises me on keeping my water up to spec and always clear. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND UNETHICAL BILLING PRACTICES! We made an appointment with the owner to give us a 2nd opinion of some pool plaster issues. He came out, gave us his opinion and a week later I received a bill for $108 for his "consultation". We were never advised at appt scheduling or when he was out here that there would be any charge. Buyer Beware – Had them give me quote to fix my pool for a bad valve that was suppose to cost less than $100.00 dollars. These crooks billed me for $600.00 and did not even ask if I wanted it done, You will be better off using Leslie's pool supply. They are up front and freindly. Buyer beware!!
Not good! – We had them take over our pool maintenance when I started working after the children grew up. They are a local company and we had used them for chemicals and repairs for years with no problem. They are pricey as far as monthly service goes and they don't do an adequate job! Pool Service – My husband and I are new to pool maintainence and have went through several companies doing everything to the pool to just minimal service. We have never been truely happy and have spent thousands. We walked into Pool Pro because they were in the neighborhood and we could not have been more pleased with the immediate service. Worst Customer Service ever!!! We were charged for services that we did not receive. When we tried to resolve this situation with the owner, he was rude. He yelled at us on numerous occasions as we peacefully tried to explain that we were overcharged. His unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!
