They stand behind there product and are always there to answer any questions you have no passing the buck here they go the extra mile ! We have been customers for years. They recently sold us an above-ground pool at a very reasonable price. The service cannot be beat. Walk in with a question and walk out with a solution. Their customer service model simply works. Highly recommend!
We had put a deposit down on a pool a few months ago with full intent to buy it by June. After my husband got in a bad car accident totaling his truck we decided to wait on getting a pool as it wasn’t our first priority. I asked if we can have our deposit back or even some of it and the sales rep Roger refused to give any money back. I will not ever give pool mart my business in the near future.
These employees are wonderful!!! I has my pool 2 seasons and due to a liner issue my pool ended up collapsing over the winter. I spoke with Brian and he ended up making arrangements to replace my pool and take care of the installation without it costing me anything out of pocket. Great customer service I was beyond pleased with how they handled my situation. I would recommend them all day any day!!!!
I bought a hot tub last year at Poolmart and they have been nothing but so helpful !! I just love it and the service!!
I've been a Pool Mart customer for many years now, first purchasing a hot tub from the Depew location. Brian helped us find a great hot tub and was very friendly. The install location in our backyard was a bit difficult to get to and the install team did a great job seeing that it got there without incident. We did had a problem with a control board in the hot tub within a week of getting it, and Pool Mart got it replaced within the next week!
