RecommendedRyan and his team are nothing short of fantastic to work with. They have made adjustments their service model to accommodate the current social distancing restrictions while not compromising any of their core values. They were prompt, honest, thorough, and extremely patient throughout our entire purchase process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub or pool.
I went to the home show to compare brands and prices of hot tubs. Your lead sales man there was one of the most rude, condescending, arrogant men I’ve ever dealt with, bragging about how many sales they made the previous day and I should buy from him ‘right now’. I’ll gladly take my money and spend it at a different company.
Fantasic store! Roger has helped us with our hot tub so much! (he has the best beard in WNY too) He is very knowledgeable about the tubs and how to properly balance the chemicals. I highly recommend speaking with him if you have any questions! The store is always well stocked with any chemicals needed all year around.
The customer service has been a pleasure. I can ask any advice and there’s always a solution.

I have only have had my pool one year but the service I have received from Tom at the orchard park store is fantastic. He had helped with a problem I had and got it fixed under warranty. I thought they would blow me off but had replacement parts within a week. I have bought all my supplies there since and no matter how small of an item I buy I am made to feel as a special customer. I went into pool mart the other day and got taken care of so well by Tyler and Tom. Great customer service, they were both so ready to help me with all my questions! Would definitely recommend!:)
My family has been going to the Orchard Park store for years and it’s always been a great experience! Tyler and Tom are always very helpful and friendly! 10/10 recommend!
