We had an issue with the robotic pool cleaner we purchased last year. We brought it into the store to explain our issue. They didn't ask when we bought it or for the receipt, they were interested in making it right. They spent over an hour trying to isolate and diagnose our issue. It was all about fixing the unit and making us happy. We purchase all of our products here and always receive exceptional service. All we can say is WOW and thank you!
I purchased a pool last year and and it collapsed over the winter. They said there's nothing they can do, because the winter was tougher than usual. Nice. Way to go Pool Mart. Time to call channel 2
