Service was horrible. Instead of being treated like guests and the people paying the salaries, we were treated like kindergarten kids from the time we drive up to the time we left. Better service at a Hampton Inn.

First class, top notch service. The Beau Rivage Resort and Casino is like no other. There is always something to do, and something for everyone. While in your room, enjoy Panoramic views from a cozy chair, sipping a drink. Or step into the elevator and there is shopping, gambling, entertainment, or delicious food. Everyone is friendly, professional and attentive. I am also grateful to see all the precautions they are taking masks, sanitizer, distancing, to keep everyone safe. Thank you Beau Rivage
