Dr. Benka is an amazing dentist. Everyone is Always friendly and makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in the door.
As this is my 3rd review of Ponzio, There is no question of the high marks for the perfection of dentistry. I now feel the front end staff need more recognition. I had to cancel several appointments, was moved to a few months out on scheduling, and asked to placed on the "if anyone cancels" list. I received 3 cancellation opportunities within a week, the third of which I could schedule into my schedule. Very good service. Staff are very helpful and competent! Adult or kids they fairly serve their patient . They are the best!
Dr. Benka and her staff of hygienists and admins at Ponzio Dental are always warm, welcoming and willing to answer my dental questions. They are forthcoming with potential issues and honest as to possible remedies. I completely trust Dr. Benka with my dental health and would recommend her to anyone in need of a dentist in the Chicago area.
Great service as usual
Everybody is friendly and nice great hygienists, and Dr Ponzio is always professional. Office time is usually no more than five minutes until you are called in for your appointment. I feel very comfortable Going to the dentist. He really knows his stuff.
