Great Service! The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Ponzio does a good job explaining procedures to ensure patients understand any potential issues.
The children both had their check-ups and cleaning ages 5 & 3. The younger one wasn't that enthusiastic at first but by the end of the visit she was smiling laughing and giving out high fives! Let's not forget the visit to the treasure chest. Dr. Ponzio and Jackie were wonderful. (We like Tami too)
Professional and friendly, like family! The children both had their check-ups and cleaning ages 5 & 3. Great service! The entire family came for dental service, and the staff was very kid-friendly. Everyone felt safe and comfortable. The staff and dentist are extremely knowledgable. They don't make you do unnecessary procedures. The appointments were on time, and the exams were done promoptly. The office is very clean. I've been to other dentists before, but we found the best at Ponzio Dental.

I am always greeted and brought back to a room quickly, I don't think I've ever actually sat down in the waiting room. Dr. Ponzio is great, I trust him and am quick to recommend him to others - especially those who dispise going to the dentist. His staff is also top notch - very friendly and helpful with suggestions as to how I can maintain and improve my dental health (very different from the lectures I was used to before I started coming to this office!). Dr. Ponzio and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Ponzio is nice, funny, and very good at what he does. I had previously gone to dentists in Chicago, and Dr. Ponzio's skills far exceed any other dentist I had seen. He made a crown for me on the spot, and place it during the same visit. No temporary crown and mtiple visits and it is the most natural crown I own. My kids see him, also.
