Always proving great customer service!
I have feared dentists since I was 5 years old. 40+ years later I continued to squeeze the chair's arm rests until my fingers were numb. This past month I made a couple of visits to Dr. Ponzio's office because my son told me he had a good experience with the dental hygienist. I had my cleaning by Tami and then the next visit I had dental work done. Squeezing the arm rests I awaited the pain and torture, but it never came. Before I knew it the work was done. Amazing! This was the experience I was hoping to have for my son & I. The office was gracious about us running late & still saw my son immediately. Most importantly we had been given a disturbing report about my sons teeth. I, his mom, wanted a second opinion. While the previous report was true it was not as critical as we were made to feel. Dr. Ponzio explained patiently in detail what the issues were.. What I was impressed with most was his delivery of the condition. I cannot say enough about how great everyone at this office is. The receptionist, all the hygienists and Dr. Ponzio are so attentive and professional. It's almost enjoyable visiting! I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Ponzio, Maria and the rest of his staff are always helpful and very nice. He has a very pleasant bedside manner. Have referred other family members to him and they've all been very happy.
