This visit was disappointing. I went in for a crown only to find out that my tooth is cracked and needs to be removed. However, as is typical of this office and Dr. Ponzio, I was treated with care and concern and the news was delivered as good as it possibly could have been, a referral given and possible suggestions for future care offered. I will continue to suggest that anyone searching for a new dental office come in for a visit! This was my first visit and I had not been to my previous dentist in a while. They took a number of X-rays and did a thorough cleaning. They then showed me the X-rays on a flat screen right in front of me. The staff is very friendly and professional. The office is immaculate and they use state of the art equipment.
