Quiet, comfortable and good to live in. I get along with 99% of my neighbors that I interact with even on the outside of the building at night as I am a social person. Been living here for about 3 years without any real issues. The basement is good for resources I've found like books and even 4 unused 6 hour VHS tapes I'll use for indie film making. Quiet, comfortable and good to live in. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because of my ridiculously small kitchen. Landlord and staff are awesome so no complaints there.
