Lovely old building. As an artist and a paranormal investigator, I would love to be there. Dolores Foley
Quiet, comfortable and good to live in. I get along with 99% of my neighbors that I interact with even on the outside of the building at night as I am a social person. Been living here for about 3 years without any real issues. The basement is good for resources I've found like books and even 4 unused 6 hour VHS tapes I'll use for indie film making. Julie, Gus and Rhonda are awesome! Only real complaints is the centipedes as it is an old building. Small yellow ones. Another complaint is I've heard from multiple people living... read more

Quiet, comfortable and good to live in. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because of my ridiculously small kitchen. Landlord and staff are awesome so no complaints there.
