I chose Ponthieux’s for a custom necklace design after a recommendation from a friend. I worked closely with Molly and Diana throughout the entire design process. They were extremely patient with my thoughts and ideas as I was working with a piece of heirloom jewelry given to me by my grandparents. I wanted something special and they did not disappoint! Zoe was amazing to work with at Ponthieux’s Design Studio. I had my Great Aunts old but beautiful ring and wanted it changed into a bracelet. Zoe listened to exactly what I was wanting and she created a bracelet that was above and beyond my dreams and expectation! She was super easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had for her! So happy to have found this “gem” of a jeweler and we will give them our business for any jewelry needs!

Molly and the jeweler I worked with were fabulous! They helped me design a custom ring and earrings. They were patient, caring, and creative throughout the process. Communication was excellent as well. I had such a good experience I am returning to make two more pieces!
