I’m disappointed to write this review. I took a pair of antique 19th century sterling silver figural salt cellars with tiny ornate details for professional polishing. I brought them in silver pouches in a box… they brought them out to me banging together in an OLD ZIPLOC BAG! Need I say more? We had to ask for tissue to protect them. Miraculously, they were undamaged. Cancelling appointment for our jewelry appraisals, will take elsewhere to someplace who treats items with a little more care and respect.

Molly is literally the best! She has amazing customer service and made our experience with buying an engagement ring and wedding bands seamless. She was so accommodating with our schedule and was so helpful. I definitely recommend coming here and working with Molly!!

These people are the best! They designed and and made wedding bands for my husband and I using the materials from some sentimental jewelry that we had. They were great to work with and every person there was kind, interested, and talented. It was very reasonably priced for the quality and their expertise was impressive. I felt like they were reading my mind!
