This is a superb business. I was impressed from the moment I walked in and was offered a tour by the owner. The facilities were spotless and so very nice. They offer doggie and kitty daycare, boarding and grooming. The store has a nice selection of pet items. I was very confident in leaving my little dog here for a complete grooming. Great friendly place so gentle with Nannie rose will return���
no place I rather leave my cookie bear than Ponga's , they took such Excellent care of my cookie ! she had a blast and made so many new friends ! definitly will be returning ! the staff is excellent and they really care about our fur babies and care for them as if they were there own !

Had last minute availability for my kitty JW and took such good care of him for 3 days and 2 nights! Facility was great and staff was very kind and helpful. First time boarding my pet and will definitely do so again if and when we visit family again.
My shih tzu, Bella, just spent five nights here and had a great time! We are from out of town and I needed some place safe, kind and clean for her to stay during our visit and I got all three at Ponga's Pet Palace. They even posted pics on Facebook so I could see her having fun. We will definitely be back!!
