I cannot express my love for this place! Not only was it very reasonable priced, the whole staff and the end results were the best I have ever encountered! My baby was traumatized at another groomer so I was nervous bringing him anywhere. When I picked him up he was happy and has been strutting around showing off his beautiful cut! I highly recommend this place to EVERYONE
We took our 2 papillon for baths, cuts and mani pedi’s. They look fabulous and experienced no stress at all! Everyone there was very professional and extremely nice. The pups enjoyed their neck scarfs and we came home with two darling Christmas ornaments ! ❤️🐾🐾
Hard to believe that these folks actually care and love what they do, but for your fur babies too! Highly recommend their sitting, grooming, and recommendations for your loved ones, as they treat them as if they were their own and at home.
I highly recommend Ponga’s Pet Palace! Not only does my little guy go there for day care but also for grooming. Their new groomer, Griselle, is phenomenal! My dog’s cut is always perfect, and he comes home so happy! The staff is friendly and attentive to the pets needs. If you’re looking for doggie daycare or grooming, go to locally owned Ponga’s Pet Palace!
We like to call our Staffordshire terrier mix Walter Dr. Walter and Mr. Hyde. At home, he is docile and loving and kind. But when his protective reflex kicks in, it can be scary. It makes taking vacations difficult. Either stay in a hotel in hopes that Mr. Hyde doesn't attack the curtains or find a place to board him. Both are difficult. Ponga’s took care of our piper girl while we were at the beach!! I am so happy we found a place to love our girl when we go out of town. It makes what is not easy, easier when leavingher behind when I know she is being loved!!
I have 3 pups that have been happily going to Pongas every 3 weeks for years. They provide excellent grooming services and the staff are all so kind. The owners, Erin and Lief treat all of their customers and their pets like family! Thanks for everything you guys do!! 🐾♥️🐾
