Ponga’s Pet Palace is my dogs’ home away from home!! This is the place they get groomed, socialize with other animals, stay when I’m away, and get showered with lots of love! I have two mini dachshunds and they get so excited when we simply say the word “ponga”. It is such a wonderful, loving atmosphere. And it doesn’t stop at the comfort they provide my furbabies...they also keep track of their shots and medical care and get updated records straight from the vet. They have always been great with our fur babies.
The groomer did an excellent job on my two puppies (both under a year old) My problem lies with the confusion in the pricing. For starters their website prices are incorrect. 15% higher than stated on their OWN WEBSITE. Plus there were all of these additional fees. I got charged an additional $10 because my “puppies” were distracted and another $5 each because it took two people to cut their nails. My puppies are used to being cut and having their nails filed.
