She has conducted several procedures on me over the past seven years. She, and her staff, were always without fault, the best, period!

This Dr. needs to be reported to the medical board for harrassing spanish speakers in public. It's all over the Internet and tiktok.

deeply unsettling actions made from Dr. Rahimi Poneh. Poneh Rahmini also known as Dr. Poneh displayed shocking unprofessionalism with her comments on non Americans.
I was scheduled for a procedure and when I got in there so was so rude and unprofessional, maybe she was having a bad day but she was just so rude I ended up leaving.
As a physician, you take on ethical obligation to benefit the patient, to avoid or minimize harm, and to respect the values and preferences of the patient. Dr Rahami should have her license suspended for her harassment and lack of care and understanding of others. I question her ethics and ability to treat all patients equally and with dignity due to her recent actions.
Similar horrible experience in regards to billing. She wanted to do a special type of endoscopy for bleeding concerns. Asked twice if it was covered by insurance and the office manager said yes. Insurance declines the claim because of the diagnosis code she used. Dr Rahimi would not take my calls or change it. There was another diagnosis that was also applicable but she still would t change it. Charged my $1,500 then after 3 months sent it to collection where I then had to pay $2,250! Unfortunately, the reviews regarding her nightmarish collections issues are true. Although I have perfect credit and never received a call back from her to explain a "previous balance" with no description of services, my bill was sent to collections after she alleged that she sent 4 bills (I had one of the 4 that I paid, and it did not have the charge in question; I did not receive the other 3 bills from her).
