I love the waitress Penny so polite friendly. I only visit when she's working.
My friends and I spent $50 at the Jacksonville Ponderosa tonight . A cockroach crawled out from between the table & wall right next to my friend's plate. She killed it & took it to front to ask for a manager. What was his response ? They just sprayed. No apology. Two of us work in a Jacksonville restaurant ; I guarantee all our coworkers will know tomorrow. I have already posted this on my FB page. I will never enter those doors again.
